Cancellation Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms By using Andujar Auto Inspector - Pre Purchase Car Inspections ("we," "us," "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern all services provided by us, including our mobile inspection services. 2. Service Description We provide a mobile pre-purchase inspection service. Our certified automotive technicians conduct visual and functional assessments of vehicles at the Client's specified location. The inspection covers the vehicle's condition at the time of the inspection, including mechanical, electrical, and structural components. 3. Service Limitations Inspection Scope: Our inspection is non-invasive, limited to accessible and visible areas. We do not disassemble vehicle parts, and cannot inspect areas that are not readily visible or accessible. Non-Warranty of Future Conditions: The inspection reflects the vehicle’s condition only at the time of inspection. We do not guarantee the vehicle's future performance or condition. Third-Party Sellers: We are not liable for any misrepresentations or undisclosed issues from sellers or third parties. 4. Client Responsibilities Access and Availability: The Client must ensure the vehicle is available for inspection at the agreed time and place. Any delays or cancellations must be communicated 24 hours in advance. Accuracy of Information: The Client must provide accurate details regarding the vehicle, including location, contact information, and specific concerns to be addressed during the inspection. 5. Liability Inspection Accuracy: We strive for thorough and accurate inspections. However, we are not liable for issues not visible or detectable at the time of inspection, including hidden defects, future failures, or post-inspection conditions. Financial Decisions: The decision to purchase the vehicle remains the Client's responsibility. We are not liable for financial losses, repairs, or other costs arising from the Client's decision to purchase the vehicle. Third-Party Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between the Client and sellers, dealers, or third parties. 6. Fees and Payment Service Fees: The inspection fee must be paid as stated at booking. Fees are non-refundable once the inspection is completed. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in legal action, including recovery of legal fees. 7.Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time
